1. Products & Orders

  • We sell seating furniture: reclining chairs, footstools, and armchairs.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings and natural material variations (fabric dye lots, leather grain). These variations are not defects .

  • Made-to-order items may have extended lead times (stated on product page) .

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Reclining Chairs:

  • Follow assembly instructions carefully. Improper assembly can cause instability or injury .

  • Ensure adequate space behind chair for full recline without obstruction .

  • Keep hands and feet clear of moving parts during operation .

  • Do not allow children to play on or operate reclining mechanism .

  • Check mechanism periodically for proper operation .

  • For electric recliners: Do not use with damaged cord; keep away from water; unplug when not in use .

General Seating Safety:

  • Place on level, stable surface .

  • Adhere to weight limits .

  • Do not stand on chairs .

  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames .

  • Use only for intended purpose (seating) .

3. Flammability Standards
Our upholstered products comply with applicable U.S. safety standards:

  • Upholstered Furniture: California TB 117-2013 (flammability standards)

  • Fill Materials: Meet applicable fire safety requirements

4. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., improper assembly, overloading, mechanism failure from misuse, accidents).

6. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
